Chocolate Shake


Love your chocolate then you'll love this shake.
Serves: 1
Chocolate Shake
1/4 cake silken tofu
1/3 cup dried milk power
1 cup low fat milk
2 tablespoons chocolate milk powder

Combine ingredients in a blender
Cover and blend for 1 minute, or until smooth.

Potassium and protein packed drink. It's great before an exercise, or freeze it and take it along on a hike. It will thaw and be ready to drink when you're ready.

3/4 cup soy milk
1/2 cup soft silken tofu
4 fresh bananas, frozen and sliced
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon carob powder

Combine the soy milk and tofu in blender. Add the bananas, honey, vanilla extract, and carob powder. Blend until smooth.


Pina Colada


Great for snack time pick-me-up
Serves: 2
Pina Colada
Enjoy the flavor of this low cal drink.
Prep time: 5 minutes


1/2 cup low fat silken tofu
3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup low fat coconut or pina
colada flavor yogurt
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
1/3 cup water


In a blender mix tofu and pineapple chunks on whip setting for about 20 seconds, until well incorporated. Next, add yogurt, flaxseed oil, coconut extract and water. Continue to whip for 15 seconds.

11/4 CUPS ORANGE JUICE
2 CUPS DICED FRESH NECTARINES, FROZEN
1 CUP DICED FRESH MANGO, FROZEN

Pour juice in your blender and then add nectarines and mango. Blend until smooth and ENJOY!

Berry, Berry Smooth

With a slightly tart and very pink smoothness you'll feel Berry, Berry Smooth. Ger your daily allowance of vitamin C without trying. YUMMY!
Serves 2
1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1 1/2 cups hulled and quartered fresh strawberries, frozen
1 cup fresh raspberries, frozen

Combine the yogurt and cranberry juice in a blender. Add the strawberries and raspberries; blend until smooth.
