Group Fitness

Classes are held inside & outside.

Our classes will consist of cardiovascular exercise, body weight exercises for functional training, calisthenics, mat work and flexibility training.  In other words, an overall body program that will leave you pumped for the next class!
  
What you need to know :

Each class is four weeks in length and we meet twice per week.  It's recommended that you do a minimum  of eight weeks to achieve significant results, therefore two classes back to back. A minimum monetary commitment of four sessions is required upfront.  This is to ensure your commitment to the program

You will need a mat, one or two bottles of water and a sweat towel.  A yoga mat is recommended as they are
affordable and roll up easily for travel.

Nutrition will be a big part of your success, therefore there will be ongoing discussion throughout each class around nutrition.

Classes are $20.00 per hour per person


Classes:
Yoga/Pilates Fusion: Get the best of both worlds in this class as a fusion of Yoga and Pilates provides a strength challenge with special focus on the core well as full body flexibility.

Rock Hard Abs: Sculpt your midsection as you improve your body's overall functional strength, balance and coordination. This class focuses on strength, movement and balance challenges through use of the body's core muscles.

Bootcamp: Military - inspired circuit workout using calisthenics, & training drills

Aqua Fit: Water Aerobic workout for overall strength without the impact of land based classes.

Total Conditioning: Combine full-body resistance training with continuous cardio training and you get total conditioning. This intense athletic workout uses a variety with built in recovery for an efficient, easy to follow workout.
