Herb Chicken Fingers
Snack Between Meals  

INGREDIENTS:

4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. water
3 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2oz. boneless, skinless chicken fingers

PREPARATION:

Mix ingredients and marinate the chicken fingers for several hours.

Remove fingers from marinate. Sauteed in nonstick skillet until lightly browned and thoroughly cooked. This is the lite version. May also flour the fingers and saute in skillet with a tablespoon or two of oil.
