I have had a life long focus on health and fitness. My love for a strong and healthy body, and a desire to share my passion for fitness with others, led me to become a nationally certified Personal Fitness Trainer. I've also competed in the OBC Figure fitness competition as well as done fitness modeling for Physique Bodyware USA.

I have developed a style and approach to fitness which has helped many of my clients weed through all of the weight loss and fitness hype and learn what really works. I build each individual their own exercise program, that meets their needs and goals. I have trained a wide range of clients, and aided them in reaching their goals.

I do my upmost to keep up with the latest fitness trends so I can better aid my clients in reaching their fitness goals.
