Goal: To get in shape and lose weight for my wedding
Exercise: 3 times a week with Michelle. I loved my training sessions with Michelle. I toned up my muscles very quickly and was never pushed past my overall limits. Every workout was different too!
Diet: My biggest temptation was too much food but I learned to use portion control which helped. I added more water and more Green veggies.
About Michelle: I would definitely recommend her. She has a great personality, easy to learn from, does most of your workouts with you, and you can see the results quickly! Which is a definite plus.

EMILY NALBAND
Age: 18
Lost: 10lbs and 6% body fat.
Goal: I wanted to add more muscle mass to my body for college softball. I achieved my goal through consistent workouts with Michelle and on my own, consisting of 30-60 minutes of cardio, and 30-45 minutes weight training. Also having a healthy diet and knowledge in the foods I chose to eat.
Exercise: 4-6 times a week. I found that consistency was the key. I met with Michelle once a week at first then twice a week which is when I really saw the results  I wanted. I liked the variety of Michelle's workouts the most the different workouts worked different muscles and she worked me hard she kicked my butt during every session which I loved.
Diet: I have an incredible sweet tooth so of course this was my biggest temptation. Instead of eating sweets I went to the gym that way I would feel incredibly guilty if I ate anything "fattening" after my hard work out.
My diet change was more fruits and veggies, but I also made little changes such as mustard instead of ketchup not adding sugar to my oatmeal, baking with whole wheat flour, not adding things like whipped cream to my hot chocolate, small stuff like that. A big change was having a healthy breakfast.
About Michelle: The one thing I loved about Michelle right off the bat was her warm personality she is a pleasure to talk to, and she is always eager to help you she listens to everything you have to say. However the biggest reason you should see Michelle is if you listen to her advice and do what she tells you to do you will see results.

Goal:
I wanted to be healthy.
Exercise:
6 days a week at the gym with cardio 2-3 times a week.
Diet: My biggest temptation was potato chips and candy.  I wanted to be in shape more than I wanted my cravings of junk food so I put a stop to it. Now when my family members are eating foods I know I shouldn’t have I’m proud to say I have the will power to say, “no”. The key to my diet has been smaller portions and eating a lot of fruit.
 
About Michelle:  

I loved the training sessions with Michelle and found it to be my reason for success. Let me tell you I feel very good after losing 6 pounds and can now fit into smaller sizes.

KEVIN BATISTA

Age: 26

Body Fat Lost: 6.4%
My Goal: I wanted to tone up and build muscle while also increasing energy. I have been pursuing my acting career and knew I needed to be more confident in my appearance.
Exercise:
Gym 4 times a week total. Workout out with Michelle 2 times a week and did cardio 2 times a week.
Diet:
My biggest temptation has been sweets. I have big sweet tooth for chocolate and desserts. I over came it by eating a healthy snack such as a Zone Bar or sugar free Jello.
About Michelle:
She kept me honest and pushed me to challenge myself. I learned to go that extra mile, do one extra pushup or sit up.
