Getting Ready For Your Sport
Young athletes just starting out sound have a good overall strength so they do not place too much stress on an unconditioned musculoskeletal system. Injury is likely to occur when doing sport-specific training due to too little focus on some major muscles and too much stress on other major muscles. Sadly because these young athletes don’t possess sufficient muscular strength they are more likely to drop out due to injury and frustration.
